Discount codes should be entered at checkout under the 'order summary' box & cannot be used in conjunction with any other code/offer. 

Unfortunately not - the demand for our items is very high but we only stock a limited number of garments. We are committed to regularly bringing out new designs whenever possible and nearly all designs will not be stocked again, for this reason all our styles are first come, first served.

Your order number is generated when you place your order and will show on your order confirmation which arrives via email or text. 


Our range is very popular which means our items can sell out very quickly especially after our facebook live videos.

If item is "out of stock", there is nothing we can do as it means we do not have them to sell. We remove the listing from the website if it sells out so it won't be visible so if you saw an item and then can't find it online this is why.

We like to keep new styles & designs arriving for our customers so please bear in mind that our stock is limited in volume & most of the time when our items sell out they won't be restocked. We do however have lots of gorgeous new arrivals landing on the website weekly.

Here at Euphoria, we truly hope that you will love your purchases as much as we do, but we do understand that sometimes items do need to be returned. If your item fails to meet your expectations, you may return the item to us for a full refund (less postage and packaging costs) within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Any returns made will be at the customer’s own cost and we recommend you obtain proof of posting.

We will only accept returns where the garment has been unworn, with all labels intact. Any garments which show signs of wear will not be refunded.

Please note we can not take responsibility for returned parcels until they are back in our care, therefore we recommend you return them via a trackable service.

Please note our money saving bundles must be returned in full & cannot be split for a refund 

We are unable to accept returns on earrings & hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.

We are sorry to say that we are unable to offer exchanges due to the high & quick turnover of stock and cannot guarantee stock levels at the time of receiving your exchange request. Instead we recommend returning your original order and placing a new order for your preferred product.

Please contact us with pictures of the garment & the fault and provide as much information as possible such as your order number, the product name & a description of the fault.

It's helpful to put FAULTY ITEM in the subject line so we can reply to this as quickly as possible.


We offer various shipping options which are outlined below-

DPD Next day delivery, delivered the next working day when ordered before 2pm, excluding weekends & bank holidays - £4.00

(UK MAINLAND ONLY) (Excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)

Royal mail 6 to 8 working days - £3.00

Please note neither of these timeline guides are guaranteed.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, or the same day when ordered before 2pm for next day delivery, where ever possible. On odd occasions, we may not be able to adhere to this policy, in which case your order will be with you as soon as possible.

Please expect delays during national pandemics and/or national issues out of our control.

Unfortunately if you order multiple times in one day we cannot combine the postage on items as our system does not automatically do this meaning we would have to do it manually & as we are dealing with such a high level of orders it’s regrettably impossible to do this efficiently without making potential mistakes. The last thing we want is to make an error on your order so we politely request that you understand our reasons for declining this special request.

Royal mail will be picked and packed within 48 hours from when you place your order, we then recommend a time frame of 6 to 8 working days for your order to arrive once in the royal mail system. 

DPD orders will be picked and packed within the same day when ordered before 2pm on working days , orders after 2pm will be packed the following working day. 

DPD orders which arrive before 2pm on a working day will be with you the next working day. 

For example you place your order and select DPD at checkout on a Monday at 1.30pm, you'll then receive your order on the Tuesday. If you place your order on a Friday at 4pm you would receive this on the Tuesday. 

DPD next day delivery & Royal Mail standard delivery are extremely reliable & efficient but are not guaranteed services so on rare occasions there is the possibility of a slight delay. 

If you think your item may be lost in the post firstly please allow the time stated next to the delivery options for your item to arrive.

Royal mail standard delivery is 6 to 8 working days from the shipping date (after dispatch) & DPD is next working day delivery when ordered before 2pm (excludes weekends and bank holidays)

Please note we are not liable for items lost when the address provided to us at checkout is incorrect, we cannot be responsible for any address errors that the customer has given us. In other cases, we can resend the item at our expenses only after the 14 working days has passed (uk) and 21 working days for any other destinations. If the items are no longer available you will be offered a full refund. 

Please be aware that we the health pandemic COVID19 has presented delays across the UK and we therefore kindly request you are more patient than usual due to the unforseen, unique circumstances we are all facing at the moment.
