Here at Euphoria, we truly hope that you will love your purchases as much as we do, but we do understand that sometimes items do need to be returned. If your item fails to meet your expectations, you may return the item to us for a full refund (less postage and packaging costs) within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Any returns made will be at the customer’s own cost and we recommend you obtain proof of posting.
We will only accept returns where the garment has been unworn, with all labels intact. Any garments which show signs of wear will not be refunded.
Please note we can not take responsibility for returned parcels until they are back in our care, therefore we recommend you return them via a trackable service.
