General Returns

  2. Refund Process: We offer full refunds (excluding postage) for returned items that meet our guidelines.

  3. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Instead, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

  4. Return Guidelines: Ensure that the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, pet hair, makeup marks, or odors cannot be refunded.

  5. Hygiene Exclusions: Certain items, including hair accessories, earrings, face coverings, and hats, cannot be refunded due to hygiene safety reasons.

  6. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return postage costs. However, if we made an error or the item is faulty, we will refund your original delivery charge unless you've retained other parts of your order.

  7. Packaging: Please securely package your return items and obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.

  8. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  9. Statutory Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

  1. Faulty Item: If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team within 3 months of receipt.

  2. Eligibility: After 3 months, items will be considered subject to normal wear and tear and will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  3. Conditions: Our faulty goods policy covers items used and cared for according to the manufacturer's instructions. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage is not covered.

  4. Inspection: We may ask for photographs or request you to return the faulty item for further examination. In such cases, we will provide you with a return label.

  5. Resolution: If the fault is due to manufacturing defects or other issues, we will offer you a refund or exchange.

  6. Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item has been subject to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
